Cancelation policies for the reservations:
- The reservations cancelled 3 days or more before the date of arrival will not be subjected to any retention.
- The reservations cancelled by 3 days before the date of arrival will be subject to a retention of 30 % of the total amount of the stay
- No-show without prior notice implies the charge of the total cost of the stay.
PRICES
ARE TAXES INCLUDED?
No. Our room rates include breakfast, services but taxes will be added (VAT 16% and ISH 3%).
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We offer 10% discount with Cash Payment (Mexican Pesos Euros or Dollars) and also accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

ARE THERE ANY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION STATIONS NEAR CASA COMTESSE?
Certainly. We are some blocks away from line 9 Metro Stations Chilpancingo and Patriotismo. We are located just in front of Metrobus station “Escandon”.
DURING YOUR STAY
IS THERE ANY CURFEW OR LIMITED SCHEDULE TO GET IN/OUT CASA COMTESSE?
No, once you get in Casa Comtesse, we give you a set of keys with all the access to the house and you can get in or out whenever you desire.
I HAVE A LATE FLIGHT. CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE IN CASA COMTESSE DURING THE DAY?
Once you check out (12:00pm) You can keep your luggage in a safe place at Casa Comtesse, visit the city and come back to pick it up.
